Faculty Development

          The college is accredited with well established and well-furnished class rooms with a provision to enhance the Modern Teaching Techniques through the use of Over Head Projectors in each room in order to improve the learning standards of the students. The institution is bestowed with well qualified faculty who are devoted to their work and to the well being of their students with an Individual Counseling Programme. The faculty improvement programmes were held in SNIST in the month of ---- under the able guidance of Prof. Narasimha Reddy, the Chairman, SSVP and the Director, SNIST to improve teaching skills among the faculty and hence the standard of the students.

   

         Apart from the regular teaching by the faculty of SSIST and SSCP, the management has provided the students with guest lectures by the faculty of SNIST under MOU programme. The institution also provides extension lectures by eminent persons from the OU, IIT and JNTU. Career Counseling programmes were held in the institution by eminent persons from different fields like Mr. Paresh Sheth, Prof. John paul, and Mr. Venu Bhagawan which gave the students the much needed motivation to move ahead in life and to pursue their careers in a planned way.
